This online tool allows health care professionals in Ontario to complete a self-assessment of their palliative care competencies against the Ontario Palliative Care Competency Framework. You will be in control of your results and can download, print and share your results if you wish. You can also return to update your assessment at any time if you have improved your competencies in one or more of the competency domains.
